Return Process

  Log into your Lifely account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient time for our team to collect the items directly from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
